Citation/Additional evidence

Hello everyone,

I am about to file my N400 online, however I am not sure what additional evidence I should submit. I received my green card based on marriage and got divorced later. Conditions have already been removed from my green card about 2 years ago. Do I still need to submit any evidence that I entered my previous relationship in a good faith?

Other question - what additional evidence I need to submit? I have already uploaded my green card, my marriage and divorce certificates. Do I need to upload any additional documents? Like tax return for the past 5 years? anything else?

And the last question - I have received a citation for speeding and was supposed to go to court, pay $170 or attend some class since this was my first speeding ticket. I did attend the class, do I need to mention this in my N400? And what question would this be? Do I need to upload any proof?

Thank you so much to everyone!

Generally not.

Last 5 years of tax return transcripts. Or you can  carry to interview. Or get an rfe.

Since you have all the records, you say “yes” to the question about citations.  If speeding is a crime in your state you say yes to relevant questions. Upload all the documents

Hi did you divorce before removing conditions or after? Did USCIS know you were divorced when conditions were removed? That's the important part.

Thank you for your responses! What is a selective service registration? The form includes some questions on this topic, but what exactly do I need to submit? Are selective services are mandatory? I am a female.

I divorced before removing conditions and, of course, submitted all the paperwork (divorce certificate and all evidence) with my I-751.

With few exceptions every man who was in the U.S. before age 26, or was a U.S. citizen or LPR before age 26, must register with sss.gov .

Ask specific questions on specific questions you do not understand

That's good then. IO still may ask about marriage and divorce, but nothing to be included in the N-400 regarding marriage other than divorce decree. I would imagine you're not paying child support. If you are, evidence may need to be included for good moral character.

Nope, not paying anything. Thank you for the confirmation! That's great I guess I am all set to apply :)
