Mine went from 9, to 8,  12 months, to 10, and just dropped to 3 months over a few days. Here's hoping it's real. I know I can't set stock on anything, but feeling hopeful and excited for an afternoon is nice.

Exact same as me ,not getting excited expecting it to change!

  • 1 month later...

Help, please! I know there is not going to be a definitive answer given here as it is impossible, however has anyone had any recent feedback to suggest USCIS estimated times are accurate?

Long story, but our NOA1 date is January 2023 so you would think our I30 application (Spouse of American citizen)is a few months off yet, however our USCIS time says 2 weeks and has stayed stable for a few months now.

The only reason I am really trying to find out, is we have a house sale pending and our onward move really relies on it. In the next week or so we need to make some big decisions with regards to housing so any feedback or in general advice would be great!

Thank you!

that USCIS time is more missed than hit.

what im saying is, if you really need to sell house, nothing u can do.

and for IR/CR1 since it's consular processing you dont have to worry much. u can update ur address when you move and when you file for DS-260 u can put the new address

Hi everyone, I have done all this before for my first green card however it was direct with London consulate so very different! I am preparing for NVC stage which is all new to me, here in the U.K. the police certificate (like everything) seems to have delays. So I want to get onto this and get it ordered in readiness, however I...

That was a post previously just referring to the fact I have had a green card before which was direct, but this one is not. I am having to go to the NVC. This is my second green card
