Hello! My husband had his I-130 CR1 spousal visa interview June 2021 and arrived in the US July 4, 2021. I paid the boarder fee the day before his plane arrived in Miami, FL. We received his social security card within two weeks of his arrival to the US. USCIS says his green card was mailed October 28, 2021, however it never arrived.
