not enough information.

1. Did you file I-485 with the first spouse?

2. Are you in the U.S. now?

Hi all the questions were answered here for similar situation:

It will be complicated. But you'll have to prove first and second marriages.

This case is way more complicated as OP filed for adjustment of status and they were denied during interview - the link you included never filed, they just married and divorced-.

Agreed, this is a way more difficult case to prove as there was I-485 denial and fraud allegations by USCIS.

Sometimes it takes several threads and multiple accounts to get more accurate information about the case from users. I thought it could have been the same user considering few hours between posts. Apologies if I am wrong.

In principal, both cases will require a lot of work to prove first and second marriages, with his case being even more complex.

If you answer the following questions, it will be easier for members to help you:

What is the fraud claim based on?

What happened during that interview that made the IO conclude your marriage was not bonafide?

Where are you from?

Is your ex born in the US or naturalized? If naturalized, where is he from?

What's the age difference between you and your ex?

When and how did you meet?

When did you marry?

When did he file for AOS?

When were you denied?

My Ex is same age with me, we know each other when we were 2 years old , we are both from China, but he immigrated with his mom when he 14 years old, and I was come US when I was 22 years old. Cause we known each other family so long time, so my mom asked them to take care of me when I come US and he just chased me on then.  Even he was stay here 10 years, but English isn’t good, and after we married, my mother in law was not really like me, so I had to rent a apt in some case I fight with them . But we didn’t talk it to USCIS, I still use my mother in law address to my mail address. And in interview day, we didn’t ask for a translator help, but my husband English isn’t good to answer all questions. So we got a separatly interview and it took long time no any update. I felt it is my mother in law fault cause she didn’t wanna spend money for my GC and she alwasy push me to have a baby even we don’t prepare. So I just left her house and live separately with my Ex. One day, uscis people came to her house to check me, but I already move to other apt. And after we receive denied letter, I felt nobody help me around them, and all guys just wanna use GC to prison me give them born baby and all were lie. So I decide divorce with him, and move on to a new environment.
