I like the Visa card idea and also the pre-paid phone. But how many minutes does $10.00 allow?

About 90-100 and though it is not like having a contract as far as usage. But, you can migrate the number into a contract once they arrive, and that is what we plan to do. I think the prepaid visa is great especially if thaey tranfer in a another country or even if they have to transfer airport. They can use the Visa to pay for excess bagage, get a taxi, food and anything else needed for travel.

That's a good idea. I think I will try that myself.

Well I like the Visa and pre-paid phone, but I don't like the idea of sending a copy of my ID and credit card over the internet. Even if my fiance prints it at home, you never know who might get ahold of it on the www.

I even asked the company if there was a form I could fill out and send a copy to them and they told me . I was like this is crazy. Even Turkish Airlines has a form you can fill out with the credit card info. on it. All in the name of love. I tell my fiance that he's my mail order groom because I spend more money and time trying to get him here. He tells me he has a lifetime to prove to me that he's worth every penny . I love that man!

[i love the idea of a pre-paid visa. I wish I would have thought of that. I did add my love to my current celluar calling plan, received a free phone, and mailed it to him. He will use it to call me as soon as he lands. He is on a direct flight from Ghana to New York, and I wanted to be able to reach him right away. I thought about sending money, but we have a wedding next week, and I actually have no money to send...at least for now!
