1 : My Fiancée is a chinese citizen, her address is too long when translate to English, I had to write in another line which was supported to be the door number.

  • Will this cause problems?

2:Describe the circumstances of your in-person meeting .

Does this love story need only my point of view, or do both people have to write?

3:Do I need to take a screenshot of the time for the photos on my phone?

1. No. You can write the full address in the extra spaces provided on the last page of the form.

2. A very brief description of your in person meeting(s) is what is required. They are not asking nor need a love story. -We just used the provided space to say when and where we met, nothing more -.

3. Not necessary. You type date and location when you organize the pictures in whatever software you're using. -We placed 4 pictures in one page, captioning each with date and place-.

Do my fiancée and I need to write and sign separate copy of each, or just one statement?

No. You write a brief description. No need to sign it.

You might be confusing that with the statements of intent that you both need to sign.

One last question , Can some parts of this form be filled in with a black pen?
