Hello,
we are in the CR1 process and we just submitted all the documents to NVC. They replied to us with this message saying that our documentation is incomplete
DS-260 Review note
Hello,NVC cannot review your submitted documents until we have received all of the required documents DS-260, Civil Documents and Financial Documents. Once these documents have been submitted, we will review your case. Please follow your CEAC Home page and https://nvc.state.gov.
We have double checked and we have uploaded and completed and played all the documents, we cannot find anything missing.
Did this ever happen to anyone? what is the best thing to do besides replying that we uploaded all the documents?

What do you mean with "we just submitted all the documents"? Have you submitted the documents just a few minutes/hours ago or was it days ago? If only a few hours/minutes ago then just wait a little longer. It takes the CEAC system a while updating the status information and it tends to show weird messages.

I just got this exact same email this morning and message in our CEAC Inbox. Everything is submitted - I'm not sure what's up. @LovelyK I will check back in in a couple of days to see if that happens as well. SO strange.

We got that too.  I think that is just a generic reminder they send out randomly.  As far as I know it doesn't mean anything other than double check and make sure you already did what it says.

@LovelyK I've been checking my CEAC portal since I got that email and it never changed from "At NVC". I wonder if it was just a glitch. The only thing I can think of is we sent the DS-260 and civil docs on March 14 and we went the AOS and financial docs on March 18. Maybe they were looking at March 14 submissions and our other ones didn't sync up just yet.

@llcoolwil it could be. I also inquired to NVC about this and they said they no longer have my case. They sent it to consulate and to reach out to them in regards to anything else

Oh perfect! I sent an enquiry with them on Monday to see. Hopefully I'll hear back from them soon - and hopefully it's with an RFE or something lol
