I-864 joint sponsor legally separated

So we may have a potential joint sponsor. She is legally separated from her husband and her taxes are filed as "single" for 2022. My question is would she still need to check "married" under the household size section? Or should this reflect her most recent tax status? Thank you!

She's married until she gets a divorce.  So yes, her household size on the I-864 should reflect that she's married, regardless of her tax filing status.
