I was just wondering what is my chance for having a 2nd appointment interview to be approved for CPR?

On our first appointment my husband did not show up because I moved out from the house 2 days prior to our interview appointment. We had the biggest fight ever since we got married...anyway he had his reasons why...

I went to the appointment for interview. Since my husband wasn't there - the immigration officer told me that she will give me another appointment and this time my husband should show up if not then they will deny our application for AOS. :(

Do we still have that chance to be approved? Any idea of what would be my chances are?

Thanks...

i think on the secon interview just explain what happened that u had a big fight, even tell them about what is it, to make them believe, and if u prove with evidence u are a couple living together, i think everything will be happy.... justthe fact they gave u a second chance says its good, u have a chance....i hope u ll work out with your husband and everything will be ok, good luck
