In form i485 it states “Are you applying for adjustment based on the immigration and nationality act (INA) section 245(I) ? Does this apply to a k1 visa holder? And also which one should I choose yes or no?

Here is a sample I485 for a K1 AOS.  I could not find the specific question you referred to, but in Part 2, you would select 2.c.
