I got N400 interview letter 10 days ago and then got this one yesterday which says about combo interview.

Then maybe it was printed by the IO, not by the system.

Therefore the different format and odd text.

I don't think you should worry AT ALL.

I mean, asking for a blue pen?

Idk. What does that mean 'if the application is based on marriage'. Ofcourse, I-751 is for ROC based on marriage.

Good luck and please let us know how it goes. You're the only data point who can share invaluable knowledge with this community. We have not seen this before.

Right.   Reads more like the list for AOS.

Do take what they ask, but I want to say this looks more like a canned, generic letter that was generated by someone pressing the wrong buttons honestly.

So, in case anyone is wondering, the additional interview letter they sent was Form G-56. (Didn't see the form name on bottom left until the interview date). They send this letter if they need additional information or evidence or call in interview.
Sometimes, people take lawyer with them if they get Form G-56, but we didn't take one.
IO was super nice and never asked for any additional evidence. IO just asked questions about our marriage and some questions from both of us. N-400 was approved on same day. I-751 was approved the next day.
Thank you everyone for the help.
