Should I take all bank statements for checking and saving accounts?
Those are like 5 years. Or should I do quarterly statements for both checking and savings accounts?

Normally the bank statements should be joint, since it’s a marriage-based ROC petition.   Did you not submit them when you filed?

Yes, they are joint.
I submitted all with my I-751.

With N-400, I uploaded quarterly bank statements for every 3 months on uscis account.

@Crazy Cat, what do you advise?

@Utah123

If you want to be bullet proof, bring all statements from all joint accounts, bills etc from start of your marriage to current day. Include all other evidence, new and already submitted. Bring all your passports, IDs, your US citizen spouse's passport and birth certificate (if born in the US) or naturalization certificate (if naturalized). Bring affidavit of support, recent paystubs, IRS return transcripts since you married, letters of employment verification for both of you. Everything else letter asks for.

Bring lawyer and be ready for 2-4 hrs stokes interview. Talk to your spouse about all possible questions USCIS can ask you about your marriage.

It's time to be prepared and spend that cash on printing if needed. Take it as a big obstacle to naturalizing. You have to prove yourself.

I don't know why.  Take a recent pay stub with you.  In these situation, just do as you are asked.

No red flags.
Married for over 5 years.
We have joint tax returns.

Joint checking and saving accounts.

Joint credit cards.

Both of our names on our lease for the last 4 to 5 years.
Joint health insurance.
Joint auto insurance.

Same address on DL.
Trips together within usa.
The only thing I could think is they have all the stuff only till Sept 2021 when I applied for N400.
I-751 was october 2020.

@Utah123 were you or your spouse ever married before? Did anybody sponsor you for GC before? Did your spouse sponsor anybody other than you for GC?

No, none of us ever married before. I came here on CR1. And no my spouse did not sponsor anyone before either.
We have everything fine. We will take everything they ask and just go and see what happens.

Good luck and please let us know how it goes. You're the only data point who can share invaluable knowledge with this community. We have not seen this before.

Documents to bring it says:

If application is based on marriage, your spouse must be present.
- State/Govt ID

- Bring a black or blue pen

- All immigration documents

- All supporting documents for Affidavit of Support (i.e. Bank statements, tax returns)

- Proof of Bonafide marriage

- Employment Verification

Could you please upload an image of the letter where it states all this?
