My wife entered the US in September 2021, filed for AOS, EAD & AP in 12/2021. She was approved for the EAD & AP in 12/2022, still no AOS. I was wondering if my wife and I can do something for her Aunt and Uncle, who raised my wife, and a cousin that is pretty much a sibling. Her uncle is retired, the aunt is working as a teacher, and the one cousin is unemployed. It would be good if the aunt and uncle could get their tourist visas to come visit, and we'd like to bring her cousin, to help her with her future. What can be done?

If they want to visit they just need to apply for a Tourist Visa.

 

Not sure what you mean by help with their future? Pay for their education?

Honestly, nothing from you or your wife.

There is no sponsorship or anything like that with US visitor visas. Your wife's aunt and uncle will have to apply for the visa on their own.

The cousin is a cousin.  In the eyes of CIS, she's not "...pretty much a sibling."  There is no family-based visa program for aunts, uncles, or cousins.

 

You should help (or encourage) them to participate in the Diversity Visa lottery program.  

 

And as already noted above, visitors visas are not "sponsored" by you or your wife.  They can apply, but they are judged based on their own qualifications.

If the relatives are from Colombia, they are not eligible for the DV program, at least not for 2024.

Maybe send them money, if they are in need?   They cannot be petitioned for immigrant visas, unfortunately.   
 

Like anyone, they are free to apply for visitor visas.
