I-693/ COVID vaccine

Hello everyone, I am working on submitting an immigration case from my spouse in the US. I have all my forms ready, I-130, I-131, 1-765, 1485. While working on form I-693, I realized that I needed to get vaccinated for COVID. 
 

I am currently no vaccinated and not sure what to do because I would have to wait 21 days between both shots. I am not comfortable taking the Johnson and Johnson vaccine and I don’t want to wait for this long to submit my forms. I was advised to submit all forms together. 

 

Any suggestions?

If it’s against your beliefs then you can apply for a I-601 religious or moral exemption waiver

Which is difficult to get approved and will make the processing of the case much slower.

One of the members here received an approval letter from his exemption waiver after only 6 weeks.
