I am trying to follow the supplied instructions to load up documents to my application, but I'm not seeing the same selections as indicated in the instructions on my application located at (https://ceac.state.gov/IV/Login.aspx)    Below is a screenshot of the instructions:   Has anyone else had issues with this?  Thanks in advance.

The "Submit" button will not be enabled until after you've uploaded all the basic required documents.  As long as you're able to upload documents, there's no issue.

I can't even see where to go to upload the files.  Can you lead me to the proper location??

You posted in the Bringing Family forum, so I assume visa category is immediate relative or family-based.  If so, have you paid the AOS and IV fees?  Have the fees been processed?  The Upload links should be enabled soon after the fees are processed.

My son who is a US citizen is sponsoring myself and his Mom.  The fees were all paid (and show as paid) and I assume processed at least a couple years ago.   It shows no upload links on my or my wife's IV application page.

A couple years ago?

Since I first received my NVC welcome letter I have consistently called the NVC annually to keep the file active.  I indicated each time to the person I spoke with that the processing of my and my wife's applications was to coincide with me retiring from my job of 35+ years.  Each time I spoke with someone, they clearly indicated that both of our files were active and that this was an appropriate method to do.  This year when I went to call the message says that they are no longer answering phones and that all interaction needs to be done via the web page.  I felt that now that I am close to wanting to retire, and my son is firmly established in his job that it would be an appropriate time to actually submit the NVC application.
