Anyone know how long usually it takes for F3 Visa interview. Currently the priority date is 26-Feb-2009 and NVC has accepted all documents back in Oct 2020, not sure if anyone has gotten their interview around this date. Also do they send you email or will they post message in the ceac.state.gov site regarding next step?

What country?  Even if the F3 visa case has already been DQ for many years, it cannot be scheduled for interview until after PD is current in table A of the visa bulletin, as noted above.

India. Not sure the acronym DQ? But NVC had accepted all the documents back in Oct 2020 and PD is 26-Feb-2009 , I guess I'm waiting on interview from NVC

DQ = Documentarily Qualified at NVC

You can only wait for PD for F3 India in table A to move.  Like I said above, NVC will continue to hold your case and will not schedule an interview until your PD is current.
