aos timeline:

married: jan 5, 2007

noa 1: march 2nd, 2007

interview @ tampa, fl office: april 26, 2007

green card received: may 5, 2007

removal of conditions timeline:

03/26/2009 - received in VSC

07/20/2009 - card production ordered!

The alien applying for EAD is who signs. Or in your case the Canadian citizen signs.

Trying to get all this filled out and ready to mail by Monday.

Do it before then, needs to be post marked no later than this Saturday, July 28. If you mail it Monday you will be paying the higher fee.

Also for K-1 DO NOT file for EAD before filing for AOS, the code for K-1 EAD (a )(6 ) will result is an EAD card the expires the same time as I-94 card (90 days from entry) A USELESS CARD.

File for EAD with or after filing for AOS, using code (c )(9 ) this results in a 1 year EAD card.
