I'm applying for a K-1 visa to the US, and my fiance's lawyer is asking for letter of intent to marry signed and notarized.

Does anyone know where I can get this document notarized at?

Thanks.

Any bank, UPS, FedEx, Post Office, etc should have public notary. Some may charge a fee.

Pretty much every Bank where I am has a notary on staff.

You can get one online. Done that.

Use Thumbtack

Immigration journey is not: fast, for the faint at heart, easy, cheap, for the impatient nor right away. If more than 50% of this applies to you, best get off the bus.

since the letter should be written in Arabic and translated into english,   the cerified translator will be the person to sign

I 129 instructions say noting about a notary  page 11/ all that is required is a written notice and wet signature

I would say your lawyer is poorly informed

. Intention to Marry Within 90 Days of Entry. Submit evidence that you and your fiancé(e) intend to marry within 90 days of your fiancé(e)’s entry as a K-1 nonimmigrant. Evidence of your intention to marry may include statements of intent to marry signed by both you and your fiancé(e) or any other evidence that establishes, by a preponderance of the evidence, your mutual intention;

OP said Lawyer wanted it notarised not USCIS.

Why can it not be written in English?

Generally when it comes to Morocco stuff I have to give @JeanneAdil the benefit of the doubt.  They (never sure if it is Jeanne or Adil writing) have been through the mill with that embassy.

not according to i 129 instructions

have never seen any instructions saying it had to be witnessed / that''s why i said the lawyer was poorly informed

The following from a lawyer updated January 23, 2023

A letter of intent to marry is a declaration of a couple’s intention to marry one another within ninety (90) days after arriving in the United States. The letter of intent is required as part of a K-1 Visa when a citizen intends to marry a foreigner. It is not required to be notarized.
