CEAC website is locked for the second medical

Hello everyone,

 

I did my second medical for my Immediate Visa on the 7th of February 2023, but since that day the doctor couldn't update my new medical in CEAC website as it is locked! The US embassy in Dublin has been chasing this with, I don't know who, to open up my case... No luck yet. I was wondering if anyone else experienced a similar issue?? What is your advice? Who should I contact to? The US embassy is just giving my generic response whenever I require for my case. I contacted NVC too, but they said contact the US embassy for your problem. I have contacted a US senator as well, but no word from him yet.

As far as I know, the e-Medical system for visa medicals is separate from CEAC.  Only the petitioner, beneficiary, or their legal representative may upload files to CEAC, and visa medical results are NOT one of the required CEAC uploads.  Did the panel physician say they need access to your CEAC account?  If so, that sounds strange.

Thanks for your reply. No, I am just guessing. Possibly it is not CEAC and it is their own electronic website for uploading medical. Have you experienced anything similar to mine? Why do you think there is a delay?

I am doing it every couple of days. They are saying their hands are tied as the us embassy has to unlock our case for them. The us embassy's hands are tied too as they are requesting some other agency (don't know who) in the US to unlock it. So, do you think this is getting delayed due to the number of cases being asked to be unlocked for their second medical from all over the world?
