Hey a quick question, i am sending in my AOS I-485 and I-130 today and i was wondering,

I know the payment for I-485 changes on the 30th of this month, but i'm filling today (24th) So do I need to pay the old fee or this new one?

It is not yet the 30th. The postmark is the identifier.

Also you only need to I-130 if you are adjusting status from a visa other than K-1 or K-3, or if you did not marry withing the 90 days of I-94 in the case of K-1.

And yes pay the old fee $325+70 if "Mailed" before July 29th, the US Postmark is what they look at to determine, hand carry it into the post office and use a traceable service. (priority mail/ certified/ with signature card) you will then have a copy of the post mark.

You may also want to file I-765 if you want to be able to work, get SSN, and perhaps get a driver's license, some states require EAD or Green-card to get a license.

sure, i've included that, and i have had my driver's license for a few years now.

Off it went today the whole package, added to the July Filers, just glad that the thing is off, but keep wondering what might be missing, what might not be correct etc, but i'm sure i've done as good a job as i possibly could have done.

Good luck with everything! We just mailed ours off today, and I am wondering the same things (what did we forget? what did we screw up?) lol. I was also curious about the fee increase too, although I was almost certain it was determined by the postmarked date, and I am glad that I assumed correctly!
