Street address line 1 is invalid..what to do pls help

Guys I've been filling up form ds260.. in the section where it asks for present and previous address , ( we have only 1 previous address) when I fill them and complete the page , it says " Street line 1 is invalid . Only the following is allowed - A-Z , 1 to 9 , comma , apostrophe' ". I've tried pretty much everything for the past 2 days. Dont know what to do. Can someone guide me as to how to overcome this ? Any help would be greatly appreciated thank you

Are you using special characters? Type the address as simply as possible:  1234 Street, apartment 00

I just simply typed it normally..no special characters at all..

I tried in chrome , mozilla , and opera.. nothing goes through..

Are all up to date? Update the browser to the latest version or try with another computer.

Does the address contain more than 1 road name? 

E.g. 123 Road, 3rd Avenue

Yes sir they are uptodate..I tried in multiple computers too..can't understand what's going on..

Try to set the country first if the address is in a foreign country. Then it might change the setting, like it does for the ZIP codes.

Did that too sir..first I set the country and then did the adress..still it says the same thing ..( street name is invalid )

Try less characters, maybe abbreviate street: 1B Balasubramanian St.

What if you tried without the ", chromepet" part?

If that doesn't work, try 123 Apple Street.

Yeah sir I tried even simple different random addresses..it still shows the same thing.. also , if I don't even type any address, it says , " street line 1 not completed " AND " Street line 1 is invalid "..
