Hello All,

I've received the I130 NOA1 in 15 March 2022 (Texas SERVICE center), it passed it's processing time (11.5 Months).

The point is my mother in law is really sick but she can't go to the states to continue her treatment untill i get my green card cause i'll be the one travelling with her, that's why i need to expedite the process!

Is there any number that i can call or an email to send to to ask about the process and try to expedite it if i tell them my case and how sick my mother in law is (even provide evidence)?

Thank you :)

Sounds like you are the foreign spouse.  Never heard of expediting a spouse visa process, for a medical situation involving a foreigner's family member.  If your American spouse had a medical problem, maybe something could be done.  Most people in the world get medical treatment in their own country, for pretty obvious reasons.

Hi :)

Not actually expediting just trying to follow the normal timeline or ealier, my American mother-in-law has parkinsons in a later stages and the treatment and physical therapy in Egypt here is very bad, she'll need to go to the states for better treatment but i'm the one who's going to take her from Egypt to the states so actually we're waiting for my green card, that's the case summarized.

That's why i need a contact there to talk to over the phone or email to just clarify the case.

What is it you need clarified?  The process is the process.  Answers about it are available here.  One answer, is that ANY American is free to travel to the USA any time they want.  If she cannot travel alone, any other American (perhaps her son, your husband) can travel with her.  Anybody can understand how it would be more convenient for YOU to accompany her, but any immigration official will understand, that's neither a requirement, or a justification to expedite anything.  Your subject line mentions "expediting".

"Earlier" is not justified by the circumstances you describe.  Your husband can call/contact USCIS or NVC, as the petitioner for any reason, any time.
