‘We received mail for this case. We are experiencing a high volume of incoming mail at this time. For current processing times, please visit our website at https://nvc.state.gov/timeframes. We are diligently working to reduce our review time and appreciate your patience. NVC will notify you after our review if there is additional information required or if we are able to schedule your case for an interview.‘

Today I got same email after sending a pubic inquiry. hope all documents are fine and will be DQed soon. Its  21 days already. At least I am happy that they have received my mail :D haha

hi all,

my EB2-NIW is currently at NVC waiting to be processed.

What has been your overall timeframe since I-140 approval up until the interview?

I am also awaiting for an interview in London.

Thanks all for your feedback in advance.

Welcome to the gang. If you read whole thread, you will have some idea here. We are all in the same page. Are you DQed already?

My Priority date is 20-Jan-2023

OK, so you can't file yet, but hopefully it won't be too much longer (assuming you come under Rest of World of course).

I'm following this thread as although I'm EB1, I'm about to submit documents and enter the queue for an appointment at London, so keeping a close eye on how long it takes for everybody here to get their interviews. There doesn't seem as much info out there about employment based IV's as there is about family ones, so it's really useful info. Hope it's not long for everybody to wait. Good luck!
