Mine was AP for just couple of hours, before it changed to issued. I had no reason (links to high risk countries, TAL occupation etc) for it to be 'proper' AP though. Hopefully yours changes very soon too, congrats!

@appleblossom what is TAL??? It's only been 36hrs but I feel it should have changed already. The CO had no issues and said all was approved. I have lived in the UAE so maybe that is the reason, but nothing to do with Military.

If you've lived in the ME that could be it, particularly if it was somewhere like Iran. Or it could just be that it was the weekend, so I wouldn't worry yet. If you were verbally approved and not given a 221g or DS-5535 that's usually a good sign.

Ive never lived in Iran, only Qatar and UAE and both as a pilot and I regularly travel to the USA for work. I did not receive any other documents at the interview and was told that visa was approved and he cancelled my non immigrant visas on the spot. So hopefully it's just a slight delay, but reading these forums can sometimes put unfounded doubt in ones head. Hopefully it will be issued in a day or so.

My friend was interviewed for EB2NIW in Oman (a Pakistani national) a month ago and after the interview, his visa was approved, His B1/B2 Visa was cancelled and then got his new visa on the passport, so dont worry. You should get it in a day or two.

Hi everyone,

Could you please advise on one if the question is US Medical Questionnaire, "intended US Address", do we need to have a specific address with House/Apartment No etc, or we can just insert name of the State, we intend to live in and that will do, thanks for your feedback.

Do you mean the DS-260? You do need an address for that, but just put wherever you'll be staying to start with for now. For us that was just a hotel address - we then updated it at interview as we'd rented a house by then.
