Hello all! Apologies if this has already been asked/answered, but I was wondering how long people have waited to get their passports back after their interview? Thanks!

Interview on a Monday afternoon, passport back Thursday morning. Much quicker than the two weeks they say it will take (this was in July).

HTH.

Mine came 3 days after interview.

Thank you both, that's so helpful to know!

Got my IL today! Nov 3rd.

For reference: I transferred my case to the London Embassy from Montreal on the 30th of August. However, my original DQ date was Oct 11 2022. Thanks to all for their support. I hope others get some good news today too!

Congratulations and wishing you the best in your interview. When did you transfer your case? Did your DQ date change after the file transfer? Thank you.

Thank you! I transferred my case on August 16th, I heard back that it had been transferred on the 30th of August. My DQ date did not change. However, I have heard that for some people it does. Hope that helps!

Hello house. I hope you are all keeping safe.

I would like to know if this is normal, on the working/education session of the DS-260 form (EB2-NIW), for the main applicant, there is no question regarding past work and education like the way it is for the spouse of the main applicant.

04/28/2023 is the priority date on the I-797 notice of action.

Yes, I responded to this above? You’ve still got quite a wait until you’ll be added to the queue for an interview.

I’d have to check my DS-260 to see what questions it had to be sure, I can check tomorrow unless somebody else knows and responds in the interim. But I’m sure I did have to give education & work history - even my teenage children had those questions! If you look at the sample form then it tells you what should be there, the questions will depend on previous answers given so I’d go back and check you’ve not selected something wrong in an earlier question.

Thank you very much, again. I will have a look again. I just perceived something was not right when I filled that session. Maybe because I selected 'student' as my main occupation.

Just checked mine, and yes, I had to fill in all secondary onwards education history and also work history for the previous 10 years.
