It is tough to know, not many applying for this category.

Hi OnPoint, how long have you waited to become DQ? I'm starting to get worried, I haven't heard anything from NVC yet and today is the 22nd day since I mailed my civil documents (since they were received there)...I know that NVC is reviewing docs much faster now, but still not for me...

How did you send documents? For me I send documents physically by mail (as per their instruction). Other people who submitted documents on March 6 were DQd 2 days ago but no any updates for my documents review.

I submitted all my documents on January 19th and I got DQ'ed on February 9th. Was really fast! But I'm not sure what is going on with NVC at the moment. Still waiting just to get an interview date.

Did they give you any updates when they receive documents? Is the timeframe same for someone who send documents physically with others who uploaded to CEAC page?

Same here

Just to add

they confirmed they received the mail. All of the requirements from their side as employment based GC is covered in terms of documents.

everytime I receive a reply from my inquiry it’s almost automated and entails I should have patience and they have a higher load. The good info I got from their side is they received the mail.

Did they also say that you are in the queue for an interview like this below...?

"The National Visa Center (NVC) received all the requested documentation for this immigrant visa case. The
applicant is now in the queue awaiting an interview appointment overseas, where a consular officer will adjudicate
the applicant’s visa application."

Mine is

‘We received mail for this case. We are experiencing a high volume of incoming mail at this time. For current processing times, please visit our website at https://nvc.state.gov/timeframes. We are diligently working to reduce our review time and appreciate your patience. NVC will notify you after our review if there is additional information required or if we are able to schedule your case for an interview.‘

The visa bulletin has retrogressed.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”
