You are not..trust me I have read /seen analyzed a lot FOIA s…even appealed redactions .

So according to the uscis it was denied on the exact same day as the interview date then placed on a hold (according to tier 2) then when we requested a reschedule it was put back in the que for a reschedule.

Sorry, had to comment on this one more time... @Rocio0010 @Family et al, thank you guys for trying to help @IandI100.

It doesn't seem like any argument will be accepted at this point. Even the fact that it's not the receipt numbers that get decided upon. It's the applications or petitions that get approved or denied. I got a feeling this thread may get closed, and we'll never find the outcome of this case. My only wish is that OP doesn't open a new thread under the same or different username, starting the whole discussion over with very little detail, which is a possibility.

Also, leaving this diagram as a food for thought.

But according to the multiple uscis officials it was put on a hold and then reactivated when request for reschedule interview was completed.

You refuse to understand, no matter how much you keep calling and no matter what inside knowledge you think you have ( mom)…Your I-751 was denied and the Officer for N-400 could SEE the denial as of the date that officer denied the N-400.

And the only reason case was re opened is because you TOOK specific advice on this thread ( from me) to place a service request.

I agree with the uscis decisions, the interview for the i751 is being rescheduled according to the uscis.

You guys are trying to argue that it is not.

So, when are they going to re-schedule? Did you press them for a new date?

Yes thankyou, the uscis on phone calls it a hold for some reason, implying that things were paused.

It's back in the scheduling que and they can't predict when that date will be.

What is the status of the N-400?  Will you have to re-apply once the I-751 is approved?

It’s bloody pointless to keep rehashing the Partial/Incomplete/On Hold/Pause  theory be it spun on this thread or offered to your frequent flyer calling. Ir denied, it was re opened and you will be fine.

Refocus your energy on expediting the process and prepare to save the N-400 .

Unfortunately, I can't give any advice here, but I definitely wish you and your wife good luck! I think you have good chances of overcoming all these troubles: after all, you haven't committed any crimes etc., you only missed the interview due to not receiving a letter with the date. Best of luck to you. Hope your wife is trying to stay sane during this turmoil

The n400 is denied:

1. I recieved the online notification.

2. I recieved the paper in the mail

3. The n400.denial can be seen by the petitioner and uscis 1800 number tier officers.

4. The word denial is used specifically in reference to that specific case number in the online and paper notice.

That IS your denial letter for the i-751. That's what a denial letter looks like, stamped date or not. USCIS sent it out but you say you never received it. Your wife was denied and had her status terminated on May 7, 2021. Since she hasn't had any status since that date, that's a huge issue for the N-400.

Someone might've already posted this denial letter, with a stamped date. It's an official letter, sent by USCIS to the petitioner. Just like in your case.

A denial with no receipt number and denial on the exact same date as the interview was scheduled.... ok.

Anyway according to the uscis the i751 interview is being rescheduled.

Yes, they go by the date you didn't show up for the interview, the status is terminated from that date as that's the date you "abandoned" your case by not showing up for the interview. They don't pick a random date on their own, it goes by the interview date. That's just how it works, no matter if you like it or not.

I wouldn't trust that, if you have only been told this over the phone by the "customer service" disinformation line (ie Tier 1 and 2). But I hope for your sake it's correct so you can move on from this not having to start over. It wouldn't be the first time someone gets their case reopened after missing an interview due to not receiving the letter, although in your case it has been a very long time.
