You are not going to lose her.

You will file an N336 and you will back it up with a lot of evidence and "paper trail" of your efforts.

Worst case scenario she's given an NTA and a court date to appear in front of an immigration judge. Only the immigration judge can strip her off her status, but that's years down the road.

Did you call Hacking? He does this all the time. He's an immigration lawyer. He has his own firm, but he has a youtube channel where he does "free" consultations. If you have the money and are worried of doing it yourself, I would consult him.

Got an online notification today on the i751, it states that the request to change the address was completed on the i751. Remember the original problem came from the mistake on the ar11 last year.

Ok

I also called uscis again and he said that the i751 still shows it's pending and he said he asked his boss said that it's still pending from what he can see as well.  Sounds like they will just reschedule it once an officer looks into the reschedule request. Your tier 1 friends Said this

Cool, but yet your letter says something different. Your letter (which was not written by a tier 1) says it is denied, so I would go with that.

Yeah, I will wait to see if it's rescheduled in a week or two. The address change worked on it, I don't know If that means anything.

Got an update on the service request on the i751.

You did it ! Success!!! The I-751 is alive and kicking!
Now PLEASE do me a favor and lodge a Service Request for the N-400 denial in error..( at least give it a try ) and send out that Service Motion letter I spelled out for you in earlier post.

You are rocking this journey.

Received a call from the tier 2 officer:

She said the i751isnt closed or denied and that it's been assigned to the nearest field office for rescheduling.  She stated that an interview may not be needed. She also said that she and any officer looking at the case can see that the interview was missed because of the address change mix up.

I feel they will just waive the interview and approve the I-751.  Congratuulations.

Did you ask the officer to look at N-400 denial and did he/she say anything related to the citizenship?

Yes I did ask about that, as far as the n400 denial we would have to refile the tier 2 said. But when we go to the interview we will ask the officer there.
