Yes. In fact under the law  a Conditional LPR is at risk of heading to removal proceedings until a new  I-751  is filed.  Current official USCIS and ICE policy per the Secretary of DHS is that should not happen.  But never trust a DHS officer to follow a memo.

How would we know if any request to appear before a court was issued? Online it says that she can refile if no court order to appear was issued.

The original i751 filed in 2018, the interview that was sent to a wrong address was sent in May 2021, I don't know any dates on when the i751 was denied. The n400 has words saying it's closed, the i751 says denied, it doesn't say that it was closed.  We will see what the tier 2 says.

Another very strange thing about this. The interview was supposedly sent in may 2021 for the i751, my wife had a part time job in mid 2022. How is the i751 denied and my wife was still able to get a job.  IF the recent n400 ruling was also a ruling on the i751 made at the same time that doesn't sound fair since she showed up to the n400 interview.

She remains an LPR until  a judge says she isn’t. 
 

When you don’t  show up for an interview, the case is denied.

But she never showed up for the 751 interview, so that's presumably why the N400 was closed.
