Yellow Paper given at interview - very disappointed

Yeah. They gave me 221g bcoz I forgot to bring my birth certificate , they asked me to submit it soon. I did it  ,one month later my status changed to ready

We submitted all the required 221g documents mid March and they approved and issued the Visa on first week of June.
