R1 Visa (Religious work visa)

Timeline

Need some help I did an extensive research on R1 Visa (religious worker visa) did anyone applied lately for this visa?

I am senior pastor located in Montreal planning to open a branch in the States, we already a 501 C3 (tax exempt)

I have heard someone in the board member need to fill the I-129 and I can't not applied for myself I just want to confirmed

I read too a agent from the USCI will come to visit the facility and consult our finances does anyone what will be the salary?

I will come with my wife on R2 visa but we don't have children yet.

What do you mean “what will be the salary”?

That’s not really how it works.   Like Boiler said, the petitioner’s lawyer needs to do this.
