Mismatch case number in DS160 and visa application (ceac)

Hi all,

I had my H1B dropbox appointment at Mumbai VAC on Feb 15th.
My dropbox appt went as usual and I was told i'll get my passport within 7-14 days (I chose to pick up my passport rather than deliver home)
When I tried to check my status, I checked on both websites:
CEAC website: https://ceac.state.gov/CEACStatTracker/Status.aspx
CGI federal website: https://atlas.my.salesforce-sites.com/applicanthome

On the CEAC website the case number on my DS160 just said no results were found using this case number. I checked a bit more and found my original visa application in my email and saw that the case number was different. I used that and saw that it said application received on the ceac website.
On the CGI federal website, initially it said it was in processing, and 10 days ago it changed to 'Document delivery information'. There is no more info on that website either. See the images I added for reference.

It's been 19 days since my dropbox appt and I haven't heard anything, I'm worried if the mismatching case numbers are causing any issues. Does anyone have any idea about this or what number i can call for help? I tried calling USCIS and got their automated system; it didn't let me through to a representative (when I asked for a representative, it said it will disconnect me if I ask for this)

Any help would be great! My family is back in the US and I have been away for over a month now.

No point calling USCIS as it is the consulate that handles visa cases.
