Hi i have uploaded all the documents and they are accepted but i haven’t received the email that i am DQ, i am in Lebanon thanks

Check your emails on CEAC to see if it is there. The petitioner and joint sponsor are required to prove current employment. This can be done by submitting paychecks or employment letter. You may want to inquire with NVC through public inquiry. Maybe someone else can chime in here for advice if you write your own post.

Generally you become DQ and receive 2-3 emails at the same time. May be check  your country specific documents to see if you are missing some documents.

In my case they did not ask for current employment of joint-sponsor. They just asked for  W-2 of previous year. After that case became DQ

My folks on this forum says they submitted the proof of income like pay stubs and employment letter. May be other members who are more experience might advice you.

NVC follow certain guidelines before they move your case to embassy. If they ask for some additional docs it mean you need to submit those to get DQ.

Congrats!

We're still stuck in Administrative Processing unfortunately.

CO said my wife was approved and we should expect the passport in 3 to 5 days, but no progress since.

Interview was 5/2. CEAC status changed from Ready to AP that day. Been stuck in AP since. Today "Case Last Updated" date changed from 2-May-2023 to 19-May-2023 and just now the status changed to Issued. 🙌

Trust the process. We've all come this far and we're going to cross the finish line soon.

Congrats!!  Still waiting for our interview letter.  The process is long and stressful but at least we’re almost at the finish line.

Our interview letter just arrived (at 2:39am).  I set a special notification sound for any emails from NVC…. I know, I know batshit crazy as usual but you can make fun of me later 😝.  Our interview is scheduled for July 6th.  So hang in there, it’s coming!

Now to try to go back to sleep 😳

Congratulations on your visa approval. I heard the medical result is now sent to them electronically. So by the time you get there, they'll have it in their system.
