EB2 group seems to be processing at a different speed than advertised on NVC. For other cases, the processing time is hovering between 14-16 days as of 3/30/2023. 

@S&J@2020 a quick search on VJ shows other people have received that message before too. General consensus seems to be it's either A) a generic reminder message or B) a glitch. Some users shared that they sent inquiries to the NVC. You might consider doing that too. 

Up next should be @Straya and @sky88.

NVC says as of 4 April they're working on files submitted 21st March which is a few days after we submitted. Is there anything I can do to enquire about this?

I found a link to submit a request to see what the problem is. I'm worried that we somehow didn't resubmit it properly. But he clicked submit documents and when I log in it says submitted. So I don't know. 

 

The Aussie consulate is now 6 months behind for interviews so I'm starting to freak out as it's getting closer and closer to a holiday we have booked 2 years ago that was super expensive that I need to give a month's notice to get a full refund 😩

• So far @D-j-b holds the record at 13 days processing time.
• Based on @snm2212's data points, EB1/EB2 cases should expect to wait around 26 days from delivery date to process.
• It seems that at least one RFE/RFI case is processing slower than expected.

I'm still waiting for DQ but I've been seeing other get DQ'd after submitting their documents after us. We submitted the DS-260 and civil docs on March 14, then sent the AOS and financial docs on March 18. March 27th we got a message saying they cannot review the DS-260 until all docs are submitted. Everything says submitted and no notes are by any of the docs... 

 

I'm a bit nervous to be honest. I sent an inquiry and waiting to hear back because there is nothing that hasn't be submitted.

You also got that message from NVC? It seems to be a glitch. We got the same message too, and sent a message to NVC. Waiting for their reply.

Oh wow! I don't know what the heck  happened but I almost feel like it put me in the back of the line because everyone is getting QC'd within 2 weeks it seems. Here's hoping it happens by Friday.

Did you check the messages at the top right too? I had no notes on any of the submitted stuff, just a message in the inbox saying which documents were also required.

This is all it says. All of the documents say submitted with nothing outstanding so I have no idea what they are on about.

congrats!! I did the biggest mistake ever 😓 I requested an expedite request and got expedite approved the next day but the send me a website and asked me to schedule an appointment but every time I check it's says there is not appointment available, Jerusalem embassy usually send an IL in 2 weeks but now I'm stuck and i don't know how long it could take, I tried to connect them but nothing happened other then asking me to wait

We got it on the 30th of March.
