Clearly an error. No need arguing over this. Just contact NVC/embassy for this to be rectified.

Sorry if it came across like that, but I'm not arguing, just stating that in some cases it may say interview scheduled but it actually hasn't and a few people in my country group had the same thing. It was in transit and said something that wasn't true for my case. So I was just staying that in transit does not necessarily mean you've been sent an interview date yet. It could possibly be just for cases that are expedited but since I've seen others with the same I can't say for sure.

Question for those who have been DQ'd - have you received your interview date yet?  For those who have, was your CEAC account updated or did you just receive an email with your Interview Letter?

DQ 2023/04/10.  No IL yet.  Case still at NVC.

I still haven’t heard back from them. I have tried to send public inquiries multiple times but it is not helping at all. It is so freaking frustrating. What should I do ? Please send some suggestions.

That sounds really frustrating. What's your story again? You sent everything in by mail and then received an RFI?

See….that’s exactly what I’ve been hearing 🤔

I guess they are automated emails, and ours was unexpected. We were DQ on April 12th, and we requsted a embassy transfer the same day. Our transfer was approved April 13th, and today the 24th we received our IL.

How do you request an embassy transfer?  Doesn’t NVC just do that automatically?  Oh never mind I get it, you requested a transfer to another embassy.

@EdoLove transferred for processing in a different country than originally requested on the I-130, i believe.  This is one way to get past a long backlog at the embassy in the applicant's country.  I think that's what they mean.

I got this reply for my inquiry today. Does it mean I got dq ?

To Whom it Concerns:

This case is documentarily complete, which means the NVC has all the documents we requested. Your application is waiting for an interview appointment, where a consular officer will adjudicate it.

The U.S. Embassy or Consulate provides the National Visa Center (NVC) with a list of available appointment dates and times.  We will schedule your case for an interview appointment when an appointment date is available.  We schedule appointments on a first in, first out basis.  After we schedule your appointment, we will forward your case to the U.S. Embassy or Consulate General
