I didn't tell you to fill any DS-261 (or DS-260 - immigrant one). You only need DS-160. And you told me you already filled it. And your case is ready, so it's at the embassy. So you're done with NVC

Let me go back to the start. K1 is non-immigrant. However, when we go and check the status of our cases on CEAC here, we gotta choose the immigrant option to see the real status. You only use your case number to check it. The case number starts with the 3 letters representing your embassy + 10 numbers. No DS-160 application number is needed.

What is your embassy? Every embassy has specific systems and ways of proceeding. No way to help if I don't know what's your embassy, unfortunately.

Ok thank you, I understand now. it is at the London Embassy. I believe the website is down right now, but I will check in a few hours to see what the status is. Thank you for your help.

No worries! I'm glad it helped, NVC doesn't make our lives easier with the whole immigrant/non-immigrant.
And yeah, I saw the website is glitchy now, but if it's ready, it's ready.
So if it's the London embassy, @JoshKT21's link is applicable to you, and he will be able to help you more than I.

February 2022 I-129F K1 Case Status Spreadsheet can be found here.
NVC Timelines spreadsheet can be found here.
NOA1:
Feb 22nd, 2022 | NOA2: May 12th, 2023 (444 days) | NVC Received: July 3rd, 2023 (52 days) | Case number: Aug 2nd, 2023 (82 days) | In Transit: Aug 15th, 2023 (95 days)  | Ready: Aug 17th, 2023 | Medical: Sep 22nd, 2023 | Interview: Sep 26th, 2023

My fiancee has scheduled her medicals and interview, but one of the things it says to bring is a copy of the letter or email you receive from the consular section. Does anyone know who to contact to get a copy of that if we've not received it yet?

Did you ever figure this one out? I'm afraid once mine is "ready" to schedule the appointments before receiving anything by mail/email from the embassy.

How long does it take to get Instruction Package Letter (PKT3 – K) after "ready" status. Mine is at the London Embassy.

It took us about 3 or 4 weeks I think. My fiancee is London Embassy as well.

We aren't quite at this stage yet, but I have seen that the Local CIS office in the city (across the bridge technically) we are moving to has pretty fast EAD processing times. Do I get to choose to file the forms to them? If so how?

Maybe this is all obvious but we are more focused on the embassy interview and move at the moment 😆

We have sent our third inquiry (previous 2 were not received) for our case with an NOA from 03/03 and NVC responded with this:

"This case is documentarily complete, which means the NC has all the documents we requested. Your application is waiting for an interview appointment, where a consular officer will adjudicate it."

Im guessing this means that they forwarded it to the embassy already? I haven't seen this wording for K1 before. They also didn't include our case number in their reply so I can't track it further 😑 Did anyone receive the same message?

Did you get your case number yet?
