Thanks very much.   got couple of questions as you are ahead in the process.

Have you sent an email to Ankara Embassy to notify them that the case has been transferred to Ankara?

Has the beneficiary filled up the visa application? or you are waiting to hear back from embassy to do so?

Yeah I sent them an email June 9th but they told me they would email me once they received the case. The appointment can’t be done until instructed by embassy. We did fill out the DS120 form, you can do that anytime you have the case number. Feel free to reach out as we got the same embassy :D

Yes, I sent them an email today.

You mentioned DS 120?  maybe a typo, thought it is DS 160 form?

61 days since NOA2 I got the email today that my case has been received and is awaiting entry in to the system. How do I get the case number so we can schedule medicals and fle the DS160?

You have to wait another 2 weeks, maybe less. Try sending them an inquiry in about 8 days asking for a case number.

Will do. Is that through the public inquiries form on the travel.state.gov site?

Yes, public inquiry via the website. They'll then provide you with a case number and soon as its assigned

Can anyone help with London embassy interview/medical please. I have received the case number and it's been sent to the embassy but I haven't heard anything from them yet. Can I get on and book the medical without having an interview booked?

Reach out to the embassy and wait for their instructions. If you haven't received them, ask the embassy to send them to you. Also, make sure your case shows "Ready" Status and not "In Transit"

Alright I am going to go all out next week if I haven't heard anything. It will be 30 days since NVC sent it back, and as of yesterday they supposedly still haven't reviewed my case yet. And we are so convinced in FB groups that this is all because of a new hire's repeated mistake on our forms.

At a minimum I am going to get a Tier 2 agent, 180 day wait to contact them be damned. Should I be attempting to speak with an immigration officer? If so do I get there from Tier 2 or another method?

My status on ceac has changed to “ready” any idea how long it takes the embassy to contact you with packet #3 once they have received case?

I think that depends on your embassy…did you try the regional forums for your consulate?

But I came here to ask how long after your case was shipped did the CEAC status change to in transit? I saw two cases that went to my consulate but hard to know if we are among them 😓😓 as CEAC still says “at NVC”.

anyone know?

I think the best thing to do is talk to a Tier 2 agent, if they don't help out, hang up and try again. Also get your Congress person involved if possible.

It varies, based on each embassy location. But from what I've read, its rather quick after its been received and marked as "Ready". I would e-mail your embassy and ask them to e-mail you the packet if possible. I'm still waiting for my case to go from "In Transit" to "Ready". Its been 14 days since it went into Transit. :(

Thank you for your reply.  I did look in my regional forum and received an answer. In my embassy’s case you have to contact them.  My case was “in transit” for 8 days before it changed to “ready.”

Thank you for your reply.  I just emailed my embassy, hoping to hear something soon.  I asked for further instructions for packet #3 and for scheduling interview.  Will update when I hear a response.  My timeline is updated now.
