Soo USCIS agents (phone and ask Emma) keep saying that our case wasn’t sent but NVC says they received it…who is lying? 🙁🙁

Most likely USCIS, considering we've had two other cases now of USCIS claiming the same, and then another agent giving us an actual shipping date predating the claim that our cases hadn't been sent out yet.

the process has gotten painfully slow ! other countries complete everything in 6 months. and here we are USCIS taking 3 months just to forward the case to NVC !

So what’s the difference between the public inquiry and the nvcresearchstate.gov?

 

I got a response from my 2nd inquiry and they still haven’t even received my case.

Public inquiry is for general questions. The research email is for agents to locate missing petitions, from my understanding

Our inquiry just returned good news! NVC received our petition and is now waiting for data entry into their systems!

Just got my NVC Case Number via the email to NVCResearch.  Also received the Public Inquiry response informing me the case was received.  To all who follow: do both each week until you get a response.  Took me 93 days from NOA2 to NVC Received.

Finally!  NOA2 March 8, 2023

 

Today got notice that NVC has sent case to consulate.  This despite saying earlier this week that they have never received it and that USCIS hasn’t sent it.  Oh well…

I also got my case as well as invoice number from NVC as of June 14.  Not sure when it will be shipped to Embassy.

Same! Case number assigned 13 June and hoping it ships next week to consulate. For now it just says « at NVC »

NVC is still ignoring us lol

 

We've got confirmation from 3 parties now (Tier 1 agent, Tier 2 agent & CIS Ombudsman) that our case was shipped out on May 22. We're sending weekly inquiries to the NVC but they either don't reply or just say they haven't received it. Annoying.
