Hello,

 

My husband currently has an E2 status (for the past 6 yrs) and expires in June 2023. After we got married, I filed form I-130 in October 2022 and form I-485 in December 2022. What form would we need to file to extend his E2 status while we wait for an approval so he can continue working? Thank you.

Did you file for EAD with the I 485?

 

Otherwise he just needs to renew his E2, actually I would do that anyway.
