Hi guys a quick update, applied for ROC March 2023 and N400 March 2024. A couple days ago I was scheduled for an interview in July for my N400! No change in my ROC, hopefully is the combo interview.

I applie ROC on March 2023 and N400 on April 2024, no movements to date. Do you think the naturalization process is slower if your ROC is still pending?

Right now the naturalization process is very fast compared to previous years. Next year it may slow down again. ROC takes 2-3 years if you leave it alone. But you may naturalize in 6-12 months if you file now.

Well USICS is making a nice small dent in 0919 IOE cases from March 2023 now. looks like they have cleared about 400 or so cases now from that block, if they continue the momentum all cases from March 2023 should be complete (by N400 or just waiting it out) in a little over 12 months from now. They have been approving about 3-6 per day, Monday to Saturday.

Hi everyone! Great news—my I-751 was approved today without an interview, and my N-400 is scheduled for September 3rd! I'm so excited that things are moving forward. Yesterday, my I-751 status changed to "Case is being actively reviewed by USCIS." It had been in that status before, but it seems they looked at it this time, and it was approved today. My N-400 interview was scheduled on 7/30, just a day before my I-751 was reviewed. I believe my local field office approved our case (not the service center). Seems as though they were trying to be proactive? Just grateful that we won't need a combo interview anymore.

Hi all,

Has anyone who applied I-751 only received any update? My case status has been “Case is being actively reviewed by USCIS” since March 2024.

I always carry the Form I-797 (the extension letter) with me , so the ink/text is fading lol

Thanks!
