Possibly. But those are automated status messages directly linked from his case number so he couldn’t really fake them. I’d say it’s legit.

Thank you for sharing. Interesting to see cases like that. Seems like that was an IOE case too.

Hello Fellow Aliens,

Joining the mob. Please see my timeline below.

Similar to @annrose post today, my online account does not show notice documents, Did you use the message option in "myaccount", or did you file mail not received tab?
According to customer service tier 1, they are able to view 2 of the same extension letter 797NOA's, but I can't.

Also, i have only received the online account access document + biometric reuse documents in the mail. No extension letter in mail.

Let the waiting game begin!
Good luck to all!

Assuming these are true, it is a good step in the right direction. Can only hope 751 cases are being pushed at a faster rate now. There is little reason they need to hold them up if a) there are no fraud indicators and especially b) the applicant has already appeared for a 485 interview and had no problems with their case.

Fingers crossed!

by that time you can already apply for naturalization so it should be somewhat a blessing..

Hi All,

March 9, 2023: Delivered package USPS to PO Box in Phoenix

March 15, 2023: Check Cashed (1001 (Converted ACH) USCIS PHOENIX PAYMENT)

It's been 10 days since the package was delivered and 4 days since the check was cashed.  In my application I had sent the G-1145, E-Notification of Application/Petition Acceptance.  Has anyone experienced it taking this long to get a notice text message and/or email confirming that they are reviewing the case?

Thanks

Received my 48 month extension and added online access.  Online states that biometrics appointment will be scheduled and an appointment will be sent via mail.  Anyone have USCIS state this and have biometrics waived?  Seems like a lot of people have biometrics waived that have been March filers.

Thanks!

Most of us had biometrics re-use notices. Did you change your name? I dont know why they wanted yours again. What's your service center?

Also, nothing is showing up on my DOCUMENTS tab until now. IDK if some people have stuff in there in theirs.

Thanks, no name change although I have read on prior threads that people do receive a reuse notice after USCIS stating that they need an appointment so we will see.  Texas Service Center here.  I also do not have anything under my 'Documents' tab.
