Got 3 separate emails saying "Action taken on case"

The date updated to Dec. 2024 with a 2nd "Actively being reviewed". The 1st "Actively review" was March 2023 when i filed.

It has been a week, no update yet. But Hoping to hear some good news soon!

TBH, when I had pending I-751 (Dec 2021 - Aug 2023) there was a point in time when SRC was the fastest service center. Things switch around without apparent reason or warning pretty often at USCIS.

So true. They went from one of the fastest to pretty much the slowest so quickly. I am seeing approvals from most other offices coming fast right now...only one not doing much at all is SRC. Oh well!

Hi guys,

 I submitted my I-751 for the removal of conditions on residence on March 21, 2023. Any idea on when can I expect my permanent green card? Previously, the estimated processing time was March 21, 2024, but now it shows as November 2025.

After 671 days of "Case Is Actively Reviewed By USCIS"

I guess biometrics are likely to be waived. 

BTW, I'm not a native English speaker, so I'm not sure the "actively" of what I use is similar to the "actively" of what Americans typically use. 🤔

 

My case was changed to "Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS." again yesterday, and the case was approved today. 

For now, I want to say goodbye to USCIS for 9 years, and I hope everyone's case is approved soon.

Went from case being reviewed to card being approved last Friday. Finally we are studying for the n-400 now. Thank you everyone it was a great 5 years long experience from k1 to 751.

My card was just delivered today. Finally!

No RFE. I moved to another state last year but the Service Center remained the same for my case.
