Your stress is understandable, however you should have not planned any trips before having extension in hand.

Do not leave the US without extension letter or ADIT (I-551) stamp in your passport, because you will get stuck overseas. You won't be allowed to board a plane without right documentation.

You can call USCIS and request Infopass. You may or may not get one, depending how convincing and persistent you are.

Thank you so much for your reply! Do you know if they take debit card too? The form G-1450 says credit card but I am reading confusing information about it.

If you're already paying with cash, pay with personal check. It's much safer.

So, I ended up having to wait the full 30 days to file the non-delivery request for my missing receipt notice, as instructed by EMMA. I filed it today, so I'll respond here how long it takes me to actually get anything moving (they're estimating a response by May 31st... 😣). So far, I've waited a full month and I haven't got a single piece of evidence physically that my application was received. The payment was taken, EMMA can see it in the database as having been received, but no notice. I'm worried about accidentally missing biometrics if I get scheduled, due to the issues with mail. Honestly, I kinda have this feeling they never even sent out the letter LOL The good thing is that I filed as soon as my 90 day window opened, so I'll hopefully avoid having an expired green card and issues with the application at the same time.

Until then...

Hi everyone . Weeks later after I resend the returned I -751 . I received notice of action with only online access code and no extension letter. I also check the status and it shows I have been scheduled for Biometrics. Anyone ever experienced this before ? Which one is suppose to come first

All depends on USPS. Even if both letters send on same day by USCIS, they can come on different days.

Usually, extension letter first, then biometrics. But I guess USCIS are trying to speed up things, so you can expect any order.

Do they send together or it’s always in a separate mail?

Hi Teetol. Was there a reason you had to redo your I- 751? How long did it take from your submission to you receiving your package back? Im so nervous i submitted April 19th and havent heard anything back from USCIS and my check hasnt been deposited. Im just getting myself ready for any possibilities at this point.

I finally found out what happened to my application 🤦🏼‍♀️ USCIS rejected and sent it back 3 days after they received (March 16th). My card didn’t work. USPS held my mail for weeks and I found out about it when I went to the post office to pick another package. I sent a second application 4 days ago and it got delivered on Monday. I didn’t include the green paper because I just received today but I sent an explanation about why I was send it a second (late) application. I wonder if I should send a third application and include that paper or just wait to see what happen with the second one 🤦🏼‍♀️ GC is expired since March 30th. Anyone else in a similar situation? TIA
