What does the case status tracker say?

It looks like they sent the receipt notice, or it could be just an automated text. Just gotta wait I suppose, and not worry just yet.

If notice is sent, I'd probably file Non-Delivery request if it doesn't show by the end of next week.

What boxes are checked on your G-28 form? Is it lawyer or you who receives notices based on the form?

My I-485 also took around 8 months, also with a lawyer. But I-751 has been pending for nearly 17 months now. Same lawyer filed it. Lawyer has nothing to do with it TBH, it's all on USCIS.

Absolutely crazy that it takes so much longer. I initially thought the lawyer expedited the case somehow, but I guess not. This process would be so much less stressful if USCIS had a good system in place for notifications, organization and in general didn't make mistakes as much as they do. I think the biggest worry I have is USCIS messing up what I consider to be a pretty straight-forward case. Other than that, I can wait.

I'll see about filing it around the 21st, hopefully it's not too early in their eyes. I'd rather not wait if I can sort this out sooner.

I didn't attach Form G-28 as I'm filing without a lawyer this time around. So the notices should automatically be sent to me and me only.

No, lawyer doesn't have a magic wand unfortunately. It would be unfair to filers who don't have lawyers. The only thing lawyer can do is sue USCIS for decision (writ of mandamus) which is extra $$$$

Same here! They won't refund anything though 😪

If that's just an error, I hope it's not representative of the case processors assigned to our cases. :(

My case status says the same thing but I've received a biometrics appointment letter the other day and the 48 month extension today. It could be a USPS delivery issue too in your case.

does anyone know why the USCIS Notices tab isn't showing on my account for my i751?

It shows up on my i131 two years ago but not showing up on my i751.

I never got the online access code as it was just automatically added to my uscis cases

No, it took me almost 5 months to get biometrics reused. I see similar timelines in other threads.

Our removal of conditions journey so far:

03/25 Filed at AZ Lockbox via Fedex overnight.

03/27 Received case on USCIS account as well as text received from USCIS with IOE prefix receipt number

04/04 Received NOA in mail. 48 month extension approved

04/08 Received NOA for biometrics appointment in mail

04/19 Went for biometrics appointment

I read there are no interviews being done, so does that mean I should expect I-751 to be approved in less than a year?
