Couldn't mail my packet on Mar 7 as planned but was able to mail it on Mar 30 and was received by the Elgin Lockbox on the 31st. I guess that still makes me a March filer. Here's my timeline so far:

Mar 30 (Thu) - overnighted via Fedex

Mar 31 (Fri) - delivered per Fedex tracking

April 4 (Tue) - got a text from my bank at 23:44 that my cc was charged

April 5 (Wed) - got a text from 87247 at 13:25 that USCIS received my packet on Mar 31 with receipt number starting with IOE.

April 12 (Wed) - got NOA in the mail

The NOA was from National Benefits Center. No changes in the case status yet.

The notice date is 4/7/2023 but the envelope was stamped 4/10. I'm anxiously waiting on the extension letter. I thought I was getting it today because I heard of others getting daily mails lol

Got mine today too! Before my waiting starts, I still have to do the biometrics. 😣

My extension letter has the text "Filing Fee Waived" just above "Amount Received: $680." Anyone else got this?

It's been way over 2 weeks now since my application got in, no texts, no letters, I'm going crazy waiting. I know it can take up to a month, but I'm getting real worried that something went wrong. Everyone else seems to be progressing somewhere.

I'm so sorry you haven't heard from them yet. Have you tried this?

Yeah, I have my receipt number from Emma, but other than that, no news. Sadly his advice isn't very helpful past that point. But thank you regardless!

If you don't receive anything in the next 4 weeks, you can send request for Non-Delivery

https://egov.uscis.gov/e-request/displayNDNForm.do?sroPageType=ndn&entryPoint=init

6 weeks is perfectly normal to wait for NOA. As you can see on other threads, I-751 process is very long and slow. With few occasional exceptions it's taking 1.5-2.5 years nowadays on average.

I'll try that if nothing comes up soon, just hope this won't turn into a problematic case. Surprisingly, with a lawyer, my I-485 only took about... 8 months? So I was hoping for such luck this time around LOL

Thank you, this reassures me! ☺️

What does the case status tracker say?

My I-485 also took around 8 months, also with a lawyer. But I-751 has been pending for nearly 17 months now. Same lawyer filed it. Lawyer has nothing to do with it TBH, it's all on USCIS. There's a reason 48 months extension is given.
