As my ex is not speaking to me, so I don’t know the status of my K1. It’s only saying case was received on the 28th of September

Are you the U.S. citizen or the alien?

Can you please help? He applied the visa and found someone else there, I am hoping he would come back so I need to know if the k1 is active.. the uscis says it’s submitted and nothing else. He’s not speaking to me currently

Alien

If is withdrawn eventually the status might be reflected in the online status. USCIS doesn’t pay much attention to keeping statuses up to date.

The worse case I recall is when the petitioner withdrew I-129F.  USCIS didn’t act on the withdrawal until years later when the beneficiary tried to become a U.S. citizen

So if your petitioner says I-129F was withdrawn, do not go through with any immigration process until a new I-129F is filed. Or better yet, you two marry and he files I-130.

I would let it go and move on.  Even if he did not withdraw the petition, it will expire later.

if for any reason , the case continued on the USC would get a case # from NVC and then the USC would make sure it was cancelled

the USC would not provide a I 134 for sponsorship at embassy stage

u can not proceed with a K 1 visa when the USC does not support the petition and he's not talking to u / its done

If it was officially withdrawn, you should see "Withdrawal Acknowledgement Notice Was Sent" when you check the status on the website (as seen in the screenshot I attached). I recently withdrew my I-129F. I mailed the withdrawal request on January 19 and the status updated online on February 15. I received a paper copy in the mail several days later.

But as everyone else mentioned, you don't have to be so concerned with whether it was officially withdrawn or not. It will eventually expire if you guys don't go through with it.
