My spouse sponsor case is ok. They accepted all documents and did'nt send any RFE.

Anybody can help with this? I  don't have another idea what NVC what from me.

Looks like recent pay stubs and employment verification letters are missing for the 2nd and 3rd sponsors.

You said they have W-2 jobs.

Yes, they have W2 from their owns company.
Ok, thank you. We tried to add letters.

Also It's another weird situation.
Then they sent me RFE they changed types of my accepted civil documents
PHOTOGRAPHS  > PHOTOGRAPHS (1st MARRIAGE-FINAL DIVORCE DECREE)
POLICE CERTIFICATE (Turkey) >  POLICE CERTIFICATE
And now my civil documents incomplete
Do I need submit photo and police certificate again?

So why don’t they have recent pay stubs and an employment verification letter?

Do you have all the police certificates from where the beneficiary lived 6 months or more?

Was the photo previously accepted?

A self-employed sponsor is viewed differently on the I-864 because current income can easily be manipulated, so they rely on the most recent tax return plus all schedules.  Were these schedules included?  You did not list them.  Note the following instructions for the form (bold added for emphasis):

"If you provide a photocopy of your Federal individual income tax returns, you must include a copy of each and every
Form W-2 and Form 1099 that relates to your returns. Do not include copies of these forms if you provide an IRS
transcript of your Federal individual income tax returns rather than a photocopy unless you filed a joint income tax return
with your spouse and are qualifying using only your income.

If you selected Part 6., Item Number 2. that you are self-employed, you should have completed one of the following
forms with your Federal income tax return: Schedule C (Profit or Loss from Business), Schedule D (Capital Gains),
Schedule E (Supplemental Income or Loss), or Schedule F (Profit or Loss from Farming). You must include each and
every Form 1040 Schedule, if any, that you filed with your Federal income tax return
."

The complexity here is that the joint sponsors seem to own fully incorporated businesses that pay themselves compensation reported on W-2s.

So there won’t be a schedule C.  And if these corporations are one person operations does that mean the corporate tax returns plus the roster of share holders and company officers have to be part of the I-864 documentation.

My biggest fear is that in 2023 these joint sponsors have opted to go back to traditional self employed status. If so I think OP will have a difficult time getting to DQ and visa approval.

I am going to guess that the joint sponsors  are partners in the same incorporated entity which makes my head explode. I-864A?

IMO, the I-864 experience works best when the sponsor is on salary (not hourly) as a W-2 employee.

So the 3rd sponsor can have the wiener owner produce an employment verification letter.

If the 2nd sponsor has an employee with responsibility for finances (eg a CFO), then that employee can produce an employment verification letter.
