I am petitioning my wife only since both I and my children are citizens.

 

So in number 1 i put 1

Number 2. 1

Number 3. 1

Number 4. 2

Number 5. 0

Number 6. 0

Number 7. 0

 

House hold size auto computes to 5 in number 8?

 

Do i need to change that to 4 or am I missing something?

 

What is also the current 125% of the federal poverty guideline for a family of 4?

Number 3 should be zero, you already counted your spouse in number 1 and it says not to count anyone twice.

For Part 6

24.a I put my income for 2022 (Is above the poverty level)

24.b I did not file income tax (We were not in the USA)

24.c I did not file income tax (We were not in the USA)

 

Do I just put 0 for those 24.b and 24.c or leave them blank?

Even if you were not in the US, as a US citizen, you were required to file US taxes if you made any foreign income above the minimum filing threshold during those tax years.  That's just $5 for a married USC filing taxes separately.  Did you work during those years or have any business/investment income?  If so, you need to file back taxes ASAP.
