Locked Out of "Salesforce" website. No password email

The Salesforce website used by US Embassy Manila has us locked out because of a bad password issue.  I have tried 3 times, it says each time that an password email was sent, but no email. I cannot see what's going on with the interview, and I need to communicate with someone in Manila because we have no idea what's going on. On Jan 26, we received what may have been a welcome letter email, which was garbled and electronically trashed, so we don't know what instructions they may have sent us. I have used the online contact form 4 times to get this issue resolved.  The first attempt yielded a resend of the exact same garbled email.  The next 3 attempts yielded dead air. We are in the dark and unable to find a pulse in Manila.  Anyone have a recent and valid email address or phone number?  Thanks.

Case has been DQ'd. NVC sent an email on Jan 9 stating that our case had been expedited to US Embassy Manila.  We did not request an expedite. On Jan 26, we received an email from MNL which was garbled and unreadable. It may have containing vital info regarding the process, but we'll never know.  I'm just looking for a means of contacting the embassy that is current and valid. Or some other way to resolve this issue and establish comms with the embassy.

If you seem to be hopelessly locked out of the email you originally used to create the ustraveldocs account with, perhaps you could try starting from scratch with a different email address ????

If your emails are corrupted, use a different email service as well.

Only this one to her.  Everything else is good. Spoke with a lady at the Embassy today.  She escalated the email issue  and we should hear back in 2 days.   She also "sent" another temp password.  Never showed up. I think she did it through CGI or Salesforce, or whoever they are, and they have a problem.  If we can schedule an appointment on the phone, I'm happy to remain locked out.  Thanks for the shout.

What email service are you using?

She uses gmail. Nothing else is messed up.  I actually conquered this and am moving on.  The Embassy said she didn't have an appointment scheduled.  Everything that the email might have said in the garbled section can be found elsewhere, and I finally got in to UStravelDocs and set her appointment. I'm calling that a win, and taking the night off.  Thanks for your concern.  Be safe.
