Don’t have a PIN number to cancel infopass appointment

Can anyone help?   I have an infopass appointment which I no longer need as they sent me a 48 month extension letter.  I’m trying to cancel it but it says I need a PIN number from my appointment letter.

Well there’s no PIN number anywhere to be seen on my letter, if I go back and view my appointment I still don’t see a PIN number.  Doesn’t seem to be any other way to cancel it, they won’t cancel it on the phone.  Can anyone shed any light on where I might find my missing PIN number?

thanks

Call USCIS, say “info pass”, and request to cancel the  appointment for an I-551 stamp on your passport

Thanks for the reply.  I finally got through to someone at USCIS.  They wouldn’t cancel my appointment over the phone but they were able to give me my PIN number.  So I’ve managed to do it.  Odd that they had the PIN but I couldn’t access it but at least it’s sorted and hopefully if anyone else has the issue they now know to call and ask for the pin to cancel it.
